At House of Zaira, every bracelet is handcrafted and, in many cases, personalized just for you. We take great care in ensuring that each order meets our quality standards before it is shipped.
Returns
As our products are handmade and personalized, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, especially the personalization details such as names, initials, spellings, or custom requests.
Exchange Policy
We offer an exchange or replacement only in the following cases:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive the wrong product.
- You receive an item with a manufacturing defect.
How to Request an Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, please:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Share your Order Number.
- Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Share an unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened. This helps us verify transit-related damage.
Requests made without an unboxing video may not be eligible for exchange.
Non-Eligible Cases
We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for:
- Personalized or custom-made products with correctly provided customization.
- Minor variations in colour due to screen or lighting differences.
- Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling or misuse.
- Incorrect personalization details provided by the customer.
Refunds
Refunds are only processed if:
- We are unable to replace the damaged or incorrect product.
- Your order is cancelled by House of Zaira before dispatch.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched.
Once production of a personalized product has begun or the order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
