Customers are responsible for providing correct names, spellings, initials and customisation details before placing an order.

Since personalised products are made specifically for each customer, they cannot be modified once production has started.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

5. Payments

We accept payments through authorised payment gateway providers. Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation unless Cash on Delivery is offered.

6. Shipping

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

House of Zaira is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
